The Rheem hot water unit has a 50 ltr capacity. The length of time the hot water will last depends on the length of show, how hot the shower and or hand basin water is turned on to. As an indication only. The shower can last up to 30 minutes is set at an average temperature and low water pressure. You will find that the hot water system is constantly heating the water while its being used and when out of the shower the unit is recharging again ready for more hot water usage. The basin is fitted with the latest Single Lever Basin Mixer and Shower Mixer from Reece Plumbing.

Yes the Ensuite units are designed to work with Septic tanks as well as Mains sewer. So long as there is access to a sewer access point Ie. Overflow relief gully, Boundary trap, Inspection opening etc.

Yes tank water is OK to use with the Ensuite units. So longs as if the water heater is supplied with water from a tank supply, then the bottom of the supply tank must be at least 1 metre above the highest hot water outlet and care taken to avoid air locks. The cold water lint to the water heater should be adequately sized and fitted with a full flow gate valve or ball valve.

Yes, all out Ensuite units have wall mounted radiant heater that more than heats the units with ease. Plus as the radiant heat rises from the heater it gently warms all your towels and cloths from the above towel rail and cloth rack. Its a great feeling getting out of the shower to warm towels and cloths.

Yes, all our Ensuite units are fitted with 2 safety switches. One for the Rheem hot water system and the other for the power.

Yes, all our Ensuite unites come with 2 x 25 mtr 10amp heavy duty power leads, 2 x 20 mtr waste connection flexible hoses, 2 x 20 meter water grade water hoses with Clipsal click on connections.

The Ensuite units can be up to a maximum of 50 metres with a 1 metre gradient. But in saying this the closer the unit is to the sewer connection then the stepper the gradient and or in some cases we can pump through the flexible connection supplies with the units up over you roof to the sewer connections.

Each Ensuite unit comes with a lockable door and smoke tinted Perspex window on the top half of the door to allow light to enter but not allow people to view in or out. Plus the shower has a full shower curtain for extra protection. The back of the door towards the top just above the window has towel hooks that are used for hanging your cloths or towels on.

The macerator-box Combi 3 consists of a box that incorporates a pump that can automatically chop and expel acid, fatty hot water (up to 100° C), faeces and toilet paper through a 32 or 40mm diameter pipe to the nearest serer. It may be used to collect and pump under pressure up to a maximum height of 11 metres. |

Yes, the Ensuite units can be hired for a single day, but booking and a deposit are a must.

Depending on the time of the year and if you are wanting the unit during public holidays and major events. In most cases 3 to 5 weeks notices will ensure you get the unit. In saying this there are plenty of plenty of times when the units are available for the same day deliver. Bookings and Deposits are a must.

Yes, you can pay for the hire of the unit on deliver. We accept Visa, Master Card, Personal and Company Cheque, Bank Cheque, Direct Deposit and Cash.

Yes, There is a $250- deposit bond per unit that is taken at the time of hire. If the units at the completion of the hire time is returned in the same conditions as originally delivered and is cleaned throughout then the $100- deposit will be returned in full. If however the units are not cleaned and we have to clean them then the bond will not be returned. Any damages to the units will also cause the loss of bond and a further insurance penalty will apply depending on the amount of damage and the cost of repairs will all be met by the hirer.

Yes, Our Ensuite units are perfect for those occasions like a birthday party, out door functions or for when you simply need an extra toilet, shower or Ensuite.

Renovating your bathroom is now no longer a problem. With the use of our Luxury Mobile Ensuites we will deliver and pick up the units at the end of your 6 weeks hire or longer if required. The units are fully mobile and fully capable of replacing your Ensuite needs for as long as you desire. Please keep in mind that if your have booked an Ensuite for a period such as 6 weeks and find that you need the units for a longer period then we will need at least 3 weeks notice to extend the rental period as chances are we have already booked the hire of that unit out to other customers at the end of the 6 week period.
